Stamford resident Julia H. Spartas, a real estate agent, died at Richard Rosenthal Hospice Residence on March 6. She was 90.
Spartas grew up in Greenwich and launched her career as a real estate agent in Stamford. She was the owner of Julie Spartas Real Estate and focused mainly on rental properties.
She is survived by her children, Darlene and Dale Spartas; stepdaughter Christolene Heavens; sister Alice E. Bey; and four grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Christo J. Spartas; and stepson John C. Spartas.
A memorial service will be held at a later day. Memorial donations can be made to the American Cancer Society, 825 Brook St., Rocky Hill, CT 06067.
