The Government Center will be closed Monday, Feb. 21, in observance of Presidents' Day. However, the Registrar of Voters offices, on the sixth floor, will be open.
■ Ferguson Library and all its branches will be closed.
■ Both recycling centers, Scale House and the Transfer Station will be closed.
■ Garbage and recycling collection will take place on the regular schedule.
■ U.S. Post Offices will be closed, and there will be no regular mail delivery.
■ Stamford public schools will be closed Monday, as well as the rest of the week for winter recess.
