The University of Connecticut men's basketball team has reached the Final Four for the first time since 2009. UConn won its ninth straight game by defeating the University of Arizona, 65-63, to win the West Region in the NCAA men's basketball tournament.

The men's basketball Big East Tournament bracket was released Monday morning and the University of Connecticut will have the first say in the playoffs. The Huskies (No. 9 in Big East, No. 16 overall) will host No. 16 DePaul University on Tuesday, March 8, at noon at Madison Square Garden.
The game will air on ESPN2 and ESPN3.com. The Huskies, led by Kemba Walker, have been in a downward spiral, losing seven of the last 11 games of the regular season.
