Talking on his cell phone while driving got a Guilford man into an additional legal jam Monday morning. When 69-year-old Peter Muir was stopped in Stamford for not using a hands-free device, police found marijuana in his car and arrested him for possession of a controlled substance. Muir was released on $500 bond pending a court appearance on Feb. 1.
