Davante Lewis, 18, of 18 Avon Lane, Stamford, was arrested Thursday on charges of carrying a dangerous weapon, possession of burglary tools, criminal trespassing in the second degree, burglary in the third degree, criminal trespassing in the third degree and larceny in the fourth degree.

A Norwalk teen who threw a party in a vacant Stamford house last year turned himself in Wednesday on a warrant charging him with criminal trespass. Jonathon Tabora-Rosa, 18, of 232 Ely Place, was one of eight teenagers who threw a party at a home at 40 Redmont Road a year ago, police reported. The home was on the market, authorities said. Seven of the teenagers were caught that night, but Tabora-Rosa evaded police. Stamford police were able to learn his identity and obtain an arrest warrant. He was released on a $100 bond and is due in court on March 3.

Javier Monge, 33, of 29 Leslie St., Stamford, was arrested Monday on charges of first-degree kidnapping, second-degree assault, third-degree assault, first-degree unlawful restraint and third-degree sexual assault.

• Andrew Keating, 35, of 295 Sundance Road, Stamford, was arrested Tuesday on charges of illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, not adhering to traffic control signals and drinking while driving.
• Michael Agostino, 55, of 45 Carter Drive, Stamford, was arrested Monday on charges
When Stamford police officers pulled up behind a white Tacoma pickup truck on Tresser Boulevard at 1:44 a.m. Monday, the vehicle raced off, leaving skid marks on the roadway. It was finally stopped in front of the Stamford mall.
The driver, Henry Perez-Cruz, 40, of 73 Lincoln Ave., produced a Washington State driver’s license that turned out to be fraudulent. Officers said he also had the odor of alcohol on his breath.
While police administered three field sobriety tests, all of which Perez-Cruz failed, police dispatch notified the officers that the suspect
Talking on his cell phone while driving got a Guilford man into an additional legal jam Monday morning. When 69-year-old Peter Muir was stopped in Stamford for not using a hands-free device, police found marijuana in his car and arrested him for possession of a controlled substance. Muir was released on $500 bond pending a court appearance on Feb. 1.
