Fairchester Athletic Association teams from King, St. Luke's, Brunswick and Greens Farms Academy will open boys basketball tournament competition Wednesday. Girls teams from King, GFA and Convent of the Sacred Heart will tip off Tuesday.
In the boys tournament, No. 2 St. Luke's will host Brunswick on Wednesday. Greens Farms, seeded fourth, will host No. 5 Rye Country Day and eighth-seeded King visits No. 1 Hamden Hall. The semifinals are scheduled for Friday, with the championship game Saturday.
King hosts Convent of the Sacred Heart on Tuesday at 5 p.m. in the quarterfinals of the FAA tournament. Greens Farms hosts Hopkins on Tuesday, also at 5 p.m. The girls semifinals are scheduled for Wednesday, and the championship game is scheduled for Friday night.
