The Stamford Marriott soon will have a new tenant. Stark Office Suites will occupy the downtown hotel’s penthouse floor when Stark opens in Stamford later this year. It will be Stark’s first location in Connecticut. It has five others in New York City and Westchester County.
Stark is a provider of office and conference space, and accompanying technological needs, for professionals and entrepreneurs. The company chose Stamford for its Connecticut debut because the 243 Tresser Blvd. location is close to Metro-North and I-95, as well as downtown business activity, said officials. In addition, clients will have access to the hotel’s fitness center, spa, pool and other amenities.
“Our expansion into Fairfield County brings our unique office space solutions and high-end amenities to the heart of downtown Stamford, one of the leading business centers in the region, only steps away from UBS and RBS headquarters,” said Adam Stark, president of Stark Office Suites.
Stark Office Suites is expected to open for business in Stamford late spring.
