George Kendall, 49, of 8 Woodland Place in Stamford was arrested Tuesday on charges of larceny from a motor vehicle, burglary from a motor vehicle and possession of burglary tools. Other recent arrests reported by the Stamford Police Department are: 

■ Sheila Brennan, 44, of 839 Newfield Avenue in Stamford, was arrested Monday on charges of criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.

■ William Vaughn, 48, of 30 Trowell Street in Bridgeport, was arrested Wednesday on charges of illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle, possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia, no front plate and failure to register a commercial motor vehicle.

■ Damian Chiconczuk, 21, of 242 Glenbrook Road in Stamford, was arrested Wednesday on charges of illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle and illegal operation of a motor vehicle with a license class violation.

■ Miklos Csapilla, 50, of 839 Newfield Avenue in Stamford, was arrested Monday on harassment charges.

■ Volodymyr Hermanenko, 27, of 32 Scofield Avenue in Stamford, was arrested Tuesday on charges of illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence and reckless driving.

■ Letha Taylor, 45, of 71 Ludlow Street in Stamford, was arrested Tuesday on charges of larceny, conspiracy to commit larceny and risk of injury to a child.
