New Canaan forward Henry Corcoran's season was cut short by a life-threatening blood clot, but the time he did play was enough to impress the voters at the Fairfield County Interscholastic Athletic Association. Corcoran was one of nine players named to the All-FCIAC first team announced Saturday.

The first team also includes Corcoran's New Canaan teammate Thomas Krieger, Darien's Garren Fritts and Max Rothston, Wilton's Pat Holland, Staples' Kyle Wehmoff and Trinity Catholic's Ryan Doherty.

Three other New Canaan players were named to the second team, including Reed Harper, Dylan Hart and Tim Nowacki. Nick Hollendonner and Pete O'Connor of Stamford High School were also named to the second team. New Canaan's perfect 20-0 regular season resulted in an FCIAC championship, but its run for a state title was cut short by St. Joseph.

The rest of the first team includes Sean Wilkinson of Ridgefield and Pat Corcoran of St. Joseph.
